BAKTHA SEVA SAMAJ, sprouted from the deliberations of a few like minded persons on one evening,
was formed with the objective of organizing divine Satsang at holy places all over India for Bakthi
Pracharana which ultimately will result in peace and harmony. One of the programmes of Baktha Seva
Samaj has been Sreemad Bhagavatha Saptaha Jnana Yajna at holy places. We have successfully
conducted Saptaham at Naimisharanyam, Sukratal, Dwaraka, Vrindavan, Banaras, Pushkar, Haridwar
etc. besides arranging many holy pilgrim trips to many parts of the India and Nepal during the past 10
years.
There are certain distinct positives in conducting Saptaha Yajna in holy places. One can fully
concentrate on the programme as it is away from home and have nothing to ponder over. Practically
we are confined to divine atmosphere, away from kith and kin and din and dance. Being conducted in
holy place will have added vibration to the atmosphere. Another plus point is that an opportunity comes
in our way to visit such holy places which otherwise need not materialise, apart from attending the
Sapthaham. Our earlier sapthaha yajnas were conducted by famous acharyas like Prof. Vaidyalinga
Sharma, Swami Asheshananda, Param Sradheya Brahmashree Nochur Venkataraman etc., We
are still on our road to identify and arrange more such opportunities for our devotees to attend such
sapthaha yajnas at many different holy parts of this country, especially North India.
