BHAKTHA SEVA SAMAJ, sprouted from the deliberations of a few like minded persons on one evening, was formed with the objective of organizing divine Satsang at holy places all over India for BakthiPracharana which ultimately will result in peace and harmony. The Samaj has been in the forefront in organizing SREEMAD BHAGAVATHA SAPTHAHA YAJNAM in different pilgrim centers of traditional value located in Northern India. Starting its journey from conduct of first SapthahaYajnam at Naimisharanyam the group has so farcovered Brindavan, Pushkar, Haridwar, Badarinath, Banaras, Suksthal, Baruch, Somnath, Nathadwar, Ayodhya, Pandharpur etc.. and the journey still continues… Many famous Yajnacharyas from the South namely, Prof. Vaidyalinga Sharma, BrahmashriNochurVenkataraman, Swami Asheshananda, Swami UditChaithanya, Swami SanmayanandhaSaraswathy and so on have supported our motto in the past and continue to be associated with us in our endeavorto give an opportunity for mankind to realize the purpose of life.
Our aim to conduct SapthahaYahna in holy places, especially away from our home town/state is aimed to provide the devotee the chance to fully involve in the Yajna away from the domestic stress, family, relatives and friends. One can get full concentration of mind only on such occasions. The spiritual energy and vibration around the holy place also help in developing state of concentration of mind. The longer duration of stay for about a week for participating in Sapthaha Yajna also give the devotee opportunity to visit temples around the holy place, most of them have great historical importance. Efforts are on to identify and arrange more such opportunities for devotees to attend SapthahaYajnas at many different holy parts of this country, especially North India.
